| Description of the problem | Takata recall. This recall is far too slow. It is a dangerous safety item, and it is more than a year that this problem has been well know. Nhtsa must compel takata and the car manufacturers to increase production or outsourcing of the defective parts. This is shameful on the part of nhtsa, takata and the automobile manufacturers. All air bag inflators should go to the recall, and none to new vehicles until the recall has been completed.. |
